Hello and welcome to Halo Reach level 9 and the last level in the walkthrough. When you start off, you'll be with Emile on a hilltop,looking down on some Covenant. Jump down and kill them and head across the bridge to where the Mongooses are. Get on one and take off down the path and just follow it. You will come to some Scarabs where you will have to drive under them so just do that and stay away from the legs and you'll be fine. Just keep following the path and you'll come to some little station with some, Grunts, Brutes, Jackals and maybe some more other things. Head through the station and when you get to the Wraith, destroy it and head behind and into the dark area and there will be a way through it. When you get to the back there will be a hole in the rocks so just go through there. You will be greeted with a cut scene of Carter being killed in his Pelican, which is kind of sad since he was there the whole game but you know whatever and stuff. When thats over head through another crevice in the rocks where there will be some Buggers as they call them. Kill them and push forward and there will be some some more Buggers and some skirmishers with shields so kill them that way you can move on. Head through another crevice in the rocks to a gigantic station where there are some marines. Head forward through to the shade turrets and destroy them and find a way inside. Then, basically just head through every open door until you find some stairs, go up them. Then just follow Emile until you reach the factory area with the big tanks that look like they have lava in them. Kill the Covenant there and head out the big door, then turn left and you'll see where you have to go. There are some Hunters in there with some Skirmishers, kill them and make your way through the door to the far left, you'll see it and go through. It is another lava factory area where there is lots of Covenant, including a Ultra Elite with an energy sword so watch out. Be careful and kill them, head up the stairs where there are more Covenant. Kill them and head through the door behind them where you have a long hallway to go through. When you reach the exit, you will be outside by The Pillar of Autumn as the level name. Captain Keys will ask you to clear the landing pad for him. There are already some Covenant here, kill them and a new wave will come in on a Phantom. A total of 3 or 4 waves will come before Keys will come. When he does, go to his Pelican and a cut scene will take place, when its over, head back where you first came out at. A different door will be open this time, with some of the last tier elites (can't remember the name). Kill them and head inside where there are more of them. Kill these and head up to the MAC gun, mount it and kill the Phantoms and Banshees and shoot the Corvette right in the gun and the level will end. There is one last level, Lone Wolf which there is not much to tell since all you do is survive.
